Check the Power Connection

Ensure the stove is securely plugged in and that the circuit breaker or fuse hasn’t tripped. Many stove issues arise from an interrupted power supply.

1

Inspect the Burners

Remove the burners and clean them thoroughly. Check for any visible damage, and ensure they are properly seated in their sockets for a secure connection.

Clean the Igniter or Heating Elements

If your stove uses a gas igniter, wipe it clean to remove any debris that might prevent proper ignition. For electric stoves, inspect the heating elements for signs of wear or damage.

Check for Blockages in the Vent or Grates

Clean the vent and grates to remove any food debris or grease buildup. Blockages can hinder proper heat distribution and cause uneven cooking.
